The team have returned back safely to the mountain village of Skardu having completed an asecent of a 19 pitch rock route on a granite spire rising up from the Choktoi Glacier. The name of the peak is presently unknown, as is the claim for the first ascent.
The team will now depart for Hushe valley where they hope to meet up with the team from the 2007 Latok Expedition.
