Women and Mountains

Despite the remarkable advances woman have made both professionally and athletically in the last century, it remains the belief of many women that being female is an innate restriction to their ability to pursue and/or achieve objectives that push the boundaries of human achievement.

Remarkable women throughout our time have, however, shown us that they are as capable and at times more capable than their male counterparts.

All three of our team members are actively pursuing academic and or professional roles in Canada alongside their athletic pursuits. We are ambitious, exploratory, and questioning in our nature.

The definition of what it is to be a woman is now more in flux than it has ever been. That wave is spreading away from its start in North America and Europe, and places like Pakistan are beginning to also see changes in their gender roles. By challenging preconceived ideas about gender, we will continue to make positive changes by allowing woman the scope and inspiration to dream and fulfill their dreams, in what ever realm they can imagine.
