The Route

Looking South East from the Choktoi towards the Latok Group

In 2005 a team of Americans gathered several photos of stunning <6,000m unclimbed rock peaks lining the Uzun Brakk and Choktoi Glacier region of the Panmah Muztagh Range of the Karakoram. Due to their proximity to both Biantha Brakk (The Ogre) and the Latok group (more popular destinations) many of these granite peaks remain unclimbed. We propose primarily a first ascent attempt of the North Ridge of the unclimbed Peak 5700m (as shown above), which we have dubbed “Hidden Tower”. This exciting ridge of clean, well-featured granite rises a spectacular 1,200 meters from the valley floor. We will climb using a light and fast alpine rock style approach, in an all-woman’s climbing team.

Hey! These pictures are so small. Can you upload some bigger resolution versions of them so that I can make out what's going on in the photos. Like yeah.
